The entire family is learning actively english. For the littlest ones, looking TV in english is as much hypnotic in english as in french ! It could be learning vocabulary with youtube (juste images with the names), or watching something wellknown as “Paw Patrol” giving them the opportunity to link what they already know from the story and characters to what they hear.
The oldest children (and also the 3rd) are active on Duolingo. Reading, writing, speaking (technology today is amazing!)… and the bonus is watching the serie of MercyShips directly with me and translating the meaning of what we see, or the most importants words or sentences coming back all the time.
My wife is on different fronts, with apps, books, people who generously take time to speak in english with here.
And I try to understand the informatics settings for the homepage (in english), complete different tasks until we leave and also support my family in their learning and refresh my own english.
